Fundraising Appeal for Austin Norris

Rifleman Austin Norris, a serving member of The Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada, was recently the victim of a random shooting at Trinity Bellwoods Park in Toronto. During the attack, Austin suffered a serious injury to his leg. Thankfully, he is expected to make a full recovery, but his ability to work as a self-employed RMT/strength coach has been impacted in the short-term. As a result, friends and colleagues of Austin have launched a fundraising campaign to support his expenses during his recovery process.

The 1860 Club is the support and fundraising arm of The Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada Trust Fund, a registered charity. The 1860 Club will be hosting a fundraiser where donations can be made in support of Rifleman Norris. All proceeds will go towards his immediate expenses, including living and medical costs. Donors will receive an official charitable donation receipt, and receive updates on his journey to recovery.

Thank you for your time and consideration in supporting Austin’s recovery.
